Jonathan Jakubowicz receives for RÉSISTANCE the "Peace Prize of the German Film - Die Brücke"

For his directorial work for the PANTALEON Films production "RÉSISTANCE - Resistance", Jonathan Jakubowicz received the Peace Prize of German Films - Die Brücke. One year late due to the corona pandemic, the award ceremony in Munich's Cuvilliéstheater took place on June 22nd, 2021. The laudation for Jonathan Jakubowicz was given by the Austrian actor Karl Markovics, who took on the role of Charles Mangel in "RÉSISTANCE - Resistance". A word of thanks also came from Matthias Schweighöfer, who played the role of Klaus Barbie.

"RÉSISTANCE - Resistance" starts in German cinemas on October 14th, 2021.

Together with the Bavarian State Ministry for Digital, Media and Europe and the Central Organization of the German Film Industry (SPIO), the Bernhard Wicki Gedächtnis Fonds e.V. awards the awards under the patronage of the Bavarian Prime Minister Dr. Markus Söder standing film award.
